Intolerance to lactose occurs while digestive system on person can’t break down entirely sugar called as Lactose that’s found on milk. This has been because of this lactase enzyme shortage which is created by cells which lines the smaller intestine.
Lactase break down lactose (milk sugar) into simple sugar called as galactose and glucose that were absorbed into bloodstream.

The congenital lactase scarcity has been the genetic conditions where there’s marked deficiencies of lactase development if any in small intestines from birth. It’s caused while baby inherits 2 unsuccessful genes from parents (1 from each). That results in inability of genes in newborn for producing sufficient lactase else nothing.
Few symptoms of lactose intolerance were:
- Stomach bloating
- Abdominal pain
There were many nutrients with higher calcium content that’s beneficial at lactose free dieting. They were legumes, soya milk, curly kale, sardines, meat, spring greens, salmon, parsley, sesame seeds, figs, tahini, almonds, hazelnuts, apricots, brazils nut, spinach, broccoli, cocoa and oranges.
